When it comes to losing weight, the common thread among failures is food. Inevitably, a diet aimed to help you lose more weight will ask you to eat less of those favorite foods, but many people think they need to refuse themselves that food altogether. Eating less to lose more weight does not have to mean eating none.

What Foods Can I Keep in my New Diet?

I am so glad you asked that question. You can keep all foods you love in your new diet and then some. The key is to focus each week on your three favorite foods. Those foods will be added in some form every day of the week or as you want them and you will be able to lose more weight. If your three favorite foods are pasta, pizza and chocolate then pasta, pizza and chocolate better be on the menu. The last thing you want to do is force yourself to hate the healthy foods you are eating in order to lose more weight.

How Can I Eat My Favorite Foods and Lose Weight?

Another great question! You can eat your favorite foods in controlled moderation throughout the week. That does not mean you can wait until the last day of the week and head off to the best Italian spot in town to veg out on pasta, pizza and chocolate cake. It does mean, however, that you can lose more weight if you eat a little of these foods each day thus giving a little back to yourself with every pound lost.
