One of the fastest way to lose weight?

Eventhough there are of means, the easiest and fastest way to lose weight is by excersing. Within a couple of weeks, you would be capable of losing weight and be pleased with the results.


The easiest and fastest way to lose weight is through uphill walking. This is the reason that lots of people decide to walk to shed their fat. However, the main reason why those that do such walking can't seem to lose a lot of weight is because they walk on level ground rather than an uphill slope. So there is no force being exerted by the body.


Even an incline angle of 10 to 15 degrees does mean a huge difference when walking. It only takes a 15 minute walk on such an angle. By adding a little as a few minutes to your incline walk would be the fastest way to lose weight.


Why does incline walking make such a difference compared to just walking on flat ground


The main difference between walking along an inclined slope or on a flat ground is that you have to expend more energy, which then drives you to inhale much more oxygen. This is chiefly due to the fact that there is a immense oxygen shortage that is created as a result of incline walking. Simply put, the heavier you breathe, the the greater your chance of losing weight.


Walking on a flat surface is good if you are happy with your weight and want to maintain your present weight or if you want to remain healthy, but an inclined slope is needed for weight loss.


Another point of value for making inclined walking better is to try and run for a bit if you are upto doing it for at least for a minimum of 10 secs. Short sprints like this is of value as you are able to burn higher calories and produce the "AfterBurn" effect. This afterburn effect is in effect the fat burning off capacity of the body. Even after you cease running the body is able to burn fat for at least 18 additional hours.
