Home Exercises to Lose Weight Quickly
BySince we're all busy these days, why not save yourself the 10-20 minutes drive to and from the gym. Not only do you save that time, you will also be doing better exercises for weight loss at home.
These unique exercises are way superior to the typical jogging on a treadmill and stationary bike riding at the gym.
1. Hindu Squats
This is a great version of squats that doesn't require using weights. What you do is squat up and down as fast as you can while you either touch or swipe your finger tips to the ground with each passing repetition.
The reason why this works so great for losing weight quickly is because it creates a huge oxygen deficit that forces your body to burn up bodyfat for quick energy. Try it and you'll see what I mean. You can literally feel your body sucking out the bodyfat.
Do this for 100 repetitions in under 5 minutes. Once you can do that, do 200 in less than 10 minutes.
2. Jump on a mini-trampoline
This is my favorite exercise. Because of these, I no longer have to schedule workouts anymore. Why? Because I do these during tv commercials, 2 minutes at a time. Each 1 hour tv show has about 22 minutes of commercials. So I can easily get in 44 minutes of this without even sweating over a period of 2 hours.
Added bonus, these little mini-workouts work better for speeding up your metabolism than 1 longer workout.
