3. Drinking green tea is another easy way to lose weight. You should drink green tea once a day. You can get some green tea at your local supermarket.
Also, make sure you drink plenty of water. It will help you increase your metabolism. And it will help you get rid of toxins that are in your body. So, make sure you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
